Problems with your K4505-z modem?

Too hot to handle!

The overheating was found to be a manufacturing fault.  Vodacom is in the process of discussing corrective action with the manufacturer and once they find a solution, it will be offered to all affected customers.

Struggling to connect?

If your modem keeps on disconnecting or is unable to connect using Windows 7, 64bit OS, the solution lies in a simple upgrade.  Follow this link to upgrade the software on your PC:
