Terms and Conditions

Vtime provides you with an easy and effective service to recharge Vodacom Prepaid/Top Up airtime and/or data bundles via Electronic Fund Transfer.  We make use of the existing banking infrastructure and Vodacom recharging software.

All existing terms and conditions between you, your bank and/or Vodacom and/or your Service Provider remain in place.  Vtime will not be liable for any loss between the above mentioned parties.

By using Vtime Airtime Pty Ltd, you accept the possible delay between any of the parties involved to successfully display your EFT in Vtime’s bank account and/or the successful recharge of your correctly supplied cell number by Vodacom.

Vtime cannot recharge Vodacom Contract clients with airtime and data bundles.

Prepaid and Top Up customers who want to buy airtime, must ensure that they adhere to the minimum and maximum transaction amounts as specified on the Home page.  They must also indicate their choice for airtime by entering the appropriate Beneficiary Reference for their transaction (cell number & AIR – e.g. 0821234567AIR).

Prepaid and Top Up customers who want to buy data bundles, must ensure that they EFT the specific amount of their chosen data bundle.  They must also indicate their choice for Standard data or Advanced data by entering the appropriate Beneficiary Reference for their transaction (cell number & SDAT or cell number & ADAT – e.g. 0821234567SDAT or 0821234567ADAT).

Top Up contract data customers need to be aware of the type of contract they have entered into with Vodacom and whether they need to top up with either Standard or Advanced data bundles.  (E.g. an Advanced Top Up contract can only recharge with Advanced data bundles and vice versa.)

Vtime has a No Refund Policy.  All sales are final.  However, Vtime will take responsibility for all money received in good order by either recharging the supplied or a supplied alternative cell number.  Vtime Airtime Pty Ltd will retain the right to deduct any or all costs and legal fees.

DISCLAIMER:  Vtime does not accept the responsibility if you provide an incorrect cell number in the “Beneficiary Reference” field of your internet banking.  If the “incorrect cell number” provided was an existing Vodacom Prepaid/Top Up number, and this number was recharged in the process, Vtime cannot reverse such a transaction.  If the “incorrect cell number” was a Contract number, a number from another service provider or you left out a digit, and the number could not be recharged, Vtime will allow you to provide an alternative cell number to be recharged.

Vtime does not accept the responsibility if you transact with an incorrect amount or incorrect Beneficiary Reference (especially referring to the suffix).  However, Vtime will assist you to recharge with the nearest appropriate data bundle and will recharge or refund any airtime credit left over after such a recharge.

Should you supply incorrect banking details and/or insufficient information via the EFT and/or an incorrect cell number, you will be responsible for supplying a sufficient and original Proof of Payment with the correct cell number to be recharged.
