• Call Vodacom’s Customer Care on 082 111 any time of the day (free call for Vodacom customers).
• Visit any other participating Vodacom outlet, for example a Vodashop.

To process your Talking Points redemption:

• Select 250 or 500 Talking Points;
• You will be automatically credited with your SMS bundle;
• An automated SMS will be sent to your phone to confirm that you have received the SMS bundle.
